We went to pick up Penelope last night, git her hooked up to our truck, and no lights… of course I should have known this was a possibility. The owners claimed they worked last fall… so she is still sitting i their driveway, and after a trip to the auto parts store to buy a set of magnetic trailer lights we will try again tomorrow. The money hose has officially been turned on and is beginning to pour into the project…

Welcome to the club! When we picked up our Compact, we spent two hours in an Autozone parking lot sorting out the lights.

ROFL! That is too funny! But a prayer added to the list sure couldn't hurt! Gives new meaning to "a wing and a prayer".

Ok... So when buying a camper and negotiating the price... Always bring a bible. Peer into it while appearing to consult the almighty for guidance. Seller will then understand that it's God's will for you to have the trailer at a good price!
Ok.. I think I got it! My husband thinks I was duped by the devil when I got this trailer... I'm going to try the bible thing with the next one!
