Can't help with ID. It looks like a hot mess to me.
Rot, painted interior, skin in terrible condition.
Holiday House trailers are very cool...this is not. (my opinion).

This is uh, different. Interesting the ad claims no leaks but there is visible ROT inside... This trailer needs WAY too much work to have value. No title is a deal killer in most states. Not worth asking price.
NOTE: many bathrooms in vintage trailers are non operational from the fixtures to waste system. Many parts can not be replaced, especially the black tank.
