Three questions... 1.Are the existing vents the same (hole) size as a Fantastic Fan? if not, you'll have to take the roof off.
2,Have you had the roof metal off? You may uncover rot around the vent holes which would mean taking off the jrails, roof aluminum and re-framing/ possible panel replacements. 3. Did you replace a fridge with a gas unit that needs vented?

Here is my patch for the refer roof vent:
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/53634851@N03/52947401122/in/dateposted-public/" title="005 3 Roof goes on (4)"><img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52947401122_fd8bd05792_c.jpg" width="800" height="600" alt="005 3 Roof goes on (4)"/></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
I first framed around the hole with new wood (just under the metal). The patch was placed on the roof with pure butyl putty at each edge. The cross pattern formed a better seal than trying to match the existing roof pattern. When the patch was screwed down and putty ooze trimmed, I painted the patch, edges and screw heads with Geocel Proflex Brushable clear sealant, 3 coats. (pn# GC23200) I don't recommend substituting this product. When you are painting the sealant, the first coat will self level but leave some gaps. Allow to dry and apply coats 2 and 3. Proflex brushable seals very well and is permanent. I paint my roofs with oil based paint.
Note: do not use Proflex or permanent sealers on the roof/Fan vents. This make repairs very difficult. I use Dicor self leveling lap sealant for 14 x 14 vent flanges. There are threads here about Dicor, pros and cons.
RV shops sell roof vents (metal recommended) You will need to use the existing vents or replace. If possible, frame around them with new wood. The screws oozing the putty are what seals the flanges, so they need a good "bite".
I agree with NC, inspect carefully for wood rot and necessary repairs to the edge wood before replacing the vents. This usually involves either removing or "floating" the roof side to side.
Fantastic Fans great replacements for original vents.
