Hi Friends, This website www.vintagetrailermuseum.com/ shows rare vintage travel trailers and vintage automobiles that were once part of a private collection that was essentially a museum. Nearly all the trailers and cars have now been sold off to new homes. However, each trailer still has a place on the website including an interesting back story with photographs of both the interior and exterior. The automobiles also have back stories and photographs. Definitely worth checking out for the vintage travel trailer enthusiast. Cheers, Rod

The museum was on the owner's own land in the Santa Cruz mountains on Northern California. A wild fire two years ago had come close and almost burned down everything. The owner decided the risk from wild fires was enough to sell off the collection and the property and move out of state to an area that doesn't carry the risk of wild fires - This despite having owned the land for 40 years.
I am sure it was a tough decision.

Tough choice...sell your life's work or risk seeing it burn.
