Hello, I am in the process of purchasing this trailer and my insurance provider needs to know the make and model, however traditional methods have not been successful. The previous two owners have no info other than they believe it to be a 1968 because that was the year on the hot water tank when it was replaced years ago. If anyone recognizes the make or model (or even a year correction), that would be wonderful. Any clues are welcome Thank you! www.flickr.com/photos/197939658@N06IMG_1127 by

Hello and Welcome,
That does look like a Canadian built model. They always look a little different than the US built models. It looks similar to an Aristocrat, but it's got that diagonal slant on the forehead which is different than Aristocrat models of that vintage. The windows are hugely different, though.
Every now and then someone posts with pix of a Canadian built trailer and asks for an identification, but there seem to be very few of them around and also difficult to track even on the web. The year of 1968 is probably correct.
Maybe you will get lucky and someone will recognize the model. It's a long shot, though. IMHO. I wish I could be more optimistic. Try a search here on VTT with the words, "Canadian trailer" and see what comes up or maybe something like " made in Canada".
So, did someone build a structure over the trailer? It looks like it? Was it resting on the trailer? How does it look inside?
Cheers,
Rod

Welcome!
I would also say 69 aristocrat…but not exactly. The curves seem wrong.

Vintage Trailers in the United States were required to have 5 upper lights across the front and back. I think it's 60s but a little older than 68. Also, it looks to be sagging over the tongue which indicated rot in that area.
Have fun with it.

I am not certain about canadian law but as vikx stated above if it is a made in USA it is older than 68. Sometimes water heaters were added by dealers. If it has a wall mounted mirror see if it is dated on the back.
