Hi,
An option is to take an older original vintage radio and gut it. Then install a small Bluetooth speaker inside the actual radio.
I did this with a $15 buy on eBay of a non working radio. I had a small Bluetooth speaker the size of a soda can cut in half that fit inside.
There is a thread here on vtt about this subject. Can't find it right now, though.
Cheers,
Rod

There is a lot of helpful U-tube videos showing how to go about converting a vacuum tube radio to a Bluetooth radio.
I been looking at converting my own tube radio to Bluetooth.

I thought about gutting a radio and putting a bluetooth speaker into the case but it seems like most of the ones I found that had the look I liked were $30-40 for parts plus another $20-30 shipping so it's probably cheaper just to buy a retro new one.

You’ll be amazed at what you can find a thrift store or a garage sale.
Even a flea market is good.
All you’re looking for is the outer shell of the radio and you can add your Bluetooth to it.

Personally I like the idea of a Bluetooth speaker hidden in a corner out of sight. I find there is very limited horizontal space for placing another item. That said I found an awesome electric heater that looks like an old radio that I can’t wait to use. 😂
