I have a couple spots to cover where things had come out through my trailer wall pre-restoration. These vary from about 4x6 inches to about 24x18. Any sources for getting these custom size? Or somewhere that has a lot of options? Ideally I'd like the larger ones to have an open-able hatch. Here are two examples of what I'm looking for - the second being open-able.

All Rite makes custom parts. You also might find the correct size as a salvage piece.

I think the word you want to search is "louver's". Many Hot Rod shops can do custom louvers, but at the current $5/per louver cost, it's going to get expensive.
Why not just find a metal panel off of an old refrigeration unit, or air conditioning/ heater and repurpose it into the door or cover you need.

Have you checked home improvement stores? Register vents, soffit vents and gable vents come in a good variety of sizes.

Simply google how to make a Louvre press. It really pretty simple to make with a arbor press.

I think your question got lost in the mix. In regards to your louvered door, ![](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53741791800_f1d38116e7_z.jpg) there generally wasn't anything behind the face of your louvered cover. For battling wasps, you would have to fabricate/install some screening material on the back side of the louvered door. The screening material at Vintage Trailer Supply might work well for that. It's a stiff steel mesh. Someone here might have a suggestion on how to fasten it or just wedge it into the rear of the louvered cover. Cheers, Rod
