I am concerned about the roof on my 66 Shasta. I have been rebuilding it for a couple of years now and am to the point that I am insulating it. After insulating the roof, it appears that because of the two 1X4’s that has the pitch on them (from the sculpted 1x4 attached to the side of them) that are placed on each end of the roof, it has left a rather flat area in the center. Won’t that be a potential low spot where water could pool?

You need the roof higher in the middle than the edges; no pooling of water. Raise your roof vent framing about 3/4", that will help. You may have to add some framing to raise the mid roof as well.
