Hi everyone. I tried to post this on Friday but not sure it came through. So I’m posting again. I ordered “standard” Hehr window seals from Bo rage trailer supply and the ones I received look a lot larger than the originals. The previous owner replaced the seals on one of the windows with a smaller silicone version of Hehr selas that look closer to the original. I’m still learning how to post here but I’ll try to add some pics of the profiles.
Question: the VTC seals look like 3/8 and the smaller ones seem to be about 1/4 inch or 9/32. I’m trying to track down the smaller profile seal. Does anyone have this info? Thanks

Remember that when you are measuring the originals in a 50+ years-old-or-so window that sh New rinkage and contraction are a lot of reason the old seals don't still work. So, if something is oversized by a fraction from what you have in your hand, it may well be meant to fit. New will be a lot more pliable also.

Robert at Vintage Trailer Gaskets Dot Com is your best source for window gaskets. If he doesn't have them, no one does. And his actually fit. Robert answers his own phone and his website has all the window explosive drawings that show you all their parts.
