It's been a minute since I've been on VTT, that's for sure! I've been restoring a 1928 Craftsman Bungalow in central Florida for the last year, so not much else happening unfortunately. However, now life is about to take me outta here and back to the wide open road to finally get camping again. Here's my question: what AC's are ya'll using these days? I've seen videos of the Zero Breeze, EcoFlow, different kind of swamp coolers like IcyBreeze, and several others. Lots of reviews from van-lifers, but, I want to know what vintage campers are using. I currently have a portable room AC that fits in my closet of my 1957 Westerner Pony Express, but it doesn't do the best job to be honest. Please help me out and leave your comments. I need something by September. Thanks!!

I don’t think anyone has a great solution for ac. My solution was a standalone ac that sat outside the camper and was ducted into the camper. It never worked well. It basically cooled up to 90 degrees and which I cooked.

I used this method and sat a fan under the dinette table and pointed up to blow the cold air up. It worked for us but our 65 Shasta was heavily insulated. youtu.be/_ZtcC25WJzo
