1968 Cardinal 14ft’r, phenomenal condition but just need some plumbing work done. Our first RV and the monogram recirculating toilet needs to go but will not fit out the bathroom door! I would hope to find I can put a black water tank under the floor of the bathroom once I get the current toilet out. Any thoughts or comments on the subject for this newbie would be appreciated. I have the skills to do any work needed( or know people ) I plan to raise the floor of the bathroom if need be. How do I get the toilet out of the bathroom? Who has thoughts or done what I want to do? BWT Tank under new flush toilet? thank so much! I am waiting with anticipation for your thoughts :-) D

flic.kr/p/2nwp2q7My apologies but I will figure out the pic thing in next few minutes. I should probably not have gone the Flickr app route? But the above link hopefully will show the 14.75” door in my tiny water closet. Here is another of the overall trailer: flic.kr/p/2nwgoSUThank you for the manual…I knew I could take the components off the toilet but did not realize the body could be disassembled as well.

Cut the toilet in pieces. A sawzall or multitool with a good blade should do the trick. These toilets are worthless and are called "fecal fountains" for a reason... No loss chopping it up.

I wasn’t sure I was doing something ignorant by going this route, so wanted to get input before moving forward. I still don’t see why a tank will not fit under the floor but I will see once I open it up :-) Thx!

There are other porta potties available. Look up toilet or Thetford curve on the forum to see discussions about replacing the fecal fountain or other similar.
Of course, make sure the replacement fits.,LOL.
Cheers,
Rod
