The small tubes are often aluminum and very corroded. You might find 1/8 copper tubing and retro fit. Also, if the small tube connected to the oven control is broken, the whole control needs to be replaced. The tube connects to a thermostat bulb and is a sealed unit with special liquid inside.

I had to replace the 3/16" tube that goes between the thermostat and the pilot area with copper from a hardware store. I had to use a coupling near the thermostat control as no one had the cone shaped ferrules used at the male nut.
I found the 1/8" aluminum tube for the pilot light at a local HVAC shop. Standard ferrules were from the local ACE.
So now I open up the valve under the stove top, turn the thermostat until it clicks, light the pilot and it stays lit. I turn the knob a little more and burner lights. The problem is that it is a very small flame and is not adjustable. No change between 150 and 400. Blew everything out. Made sure the thermocouple was solid and in the pilot flame. Now the burner will light then go out and then relight and go out. The burner cycles on and off. I turned the small screw under the control knob with no change. LP tank is full. Burners work great.
Is the control valve that the thermocouple screws into bad? If so, is there a good source or replacement that can be had?

The control valve could be bad. Magic Chef stoves are notorious for bad oven valves. Holiday ovens often work OK. Trailertrasher1@gmail.com may have one, but hard to find.

No modern replacements that I know of. You might search for another Holiday. Of course bench test the oven before going to the work of replacing. Also, it sounds like the oven is trying to work correctly.
Depending on the year made, the stove probably has a safety valve at the back of the oven. Something is restricting gas flow so go thru the lines, valves and burner again. I'm wondering if the burner itself is clogged with debris or rust?

Burner has been blown out and is clear. Will remove the valve an blow out/clean the lines.

You might see if there's any antique appliance repair shops near by. Sometimes those people have tricks that help. Some rebuild older gas valves as well. Never hurts to have more knowledge.

i replaced the regulator and adjusted the depth of the pilot thermocouple into the control valve, now the oven burner will light and burn stronger than before. When the oven burner is on for a while i assume that it reaches a certain temp then turns off. now the pilot light will go out when the burner goes out. I adjusted the flame size with the small screw under the temp knob. No change.

The thermocouple acts as a safety.
If it doesn’t sense you have a pilot you’ll never get a main burner flame.
Make sure you have the thermocouple in direct flame of the pilot and the thermocouple is cherry hot.
If you have a white coating color on the thermocouple it’s dirty, You can clean it with a soft tissue.
I don’t recommend using any sandpaper at all. Most people ruin these doing that .
Also make sure the other end that goes into the control is clean. And the pilot assembly is clean, by clean I mean no rust. Flame rectification is needed to create current, so your pilot assembly need to have a good clean ground.
