Hi, I am a complete newbie at this. I acquired a 70’s not sure of the exact year KIT Companion. I started redoing the magic chef gas range and can’t seem to find what kind of insulation to use. The original insulation became a mouse heaven. Can anyone recommend where I can get insulation from? Can’t work on trailer itself until spring but in the mean time learning as much as I can.

I would look on You Tube for rebuilding gas ovens. That's where I found the info on how to clean and grease the valves.

Insulation is available at fireplace and stove companies. Got mine at our local "Craftstove" store. It's whiter than normal insulation and rated for high degrees of heat.
Search for oven insulation or ceramic fiber insulation.

Thank you Mobiltec and Viks. I finally found some, based on the recommendations. Excited to continue and get this project off my list.
