For 30amp.... what size ground wire should go from the grounding busbar to the trailer frame? Should it be 10 gauge , 8?

#10 is fine. Ground bar only. Don’t bond it to the neutral.

I use 8 for the breaker box ground. Also, some converters require a dedicated ground with #6. 10 is fine, I just like a little heavier for my work. And Asimx is right-RVs and trailers always have isolated grounds and neutrals.
