I have a 1957 Pathfinder that looks like it has been at the least touched up exterior paint if not totally repainted over the years.
I want to find out what the original color was so in order to get down to that base color do you recommend just taking something like a palm sander or would it be easier to take some actual paint stripper in a small area to try and find the original base color?
I am just trying you see what the original color was at this point, I'm not looking at stripping the whole camper.
