I am trying to add some accessories to my Shasta that I can use camping.
So far I have:
Metal paper towel holder Laundry line tensioner Tupperware salt and pepper shakers Ice bucket
In the future:
Coleman folding table Aluminum/webbing chairs Bartender travel set Fire King jadeite coffee cups
What do you have vintage that are indispensable when camping?

Great idea for a thread. I don’t take anything vintage besides the camper and original jacks. I do take a pickup truck loaded with new stuff.

Hose, nozzle, Y, 45 PSI regulator Heavy extension cord, splitter Frozen gallon jugs for icebox-use for water later Tool kit: duct tape, wiring kit, tools (pliers, cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, hammer, prybar), drill/driver Coleman stove and stand-cooking is outside Aluminum chairs should have sturdy arms! (aluminum arms tend to collapse) Canopy if you don't have an awning, also rug (provides clean area to sit and wipe feet before entering trailer) Big heavy duty ice chest full of beer

Our flatware is Oneida “Twin Star” and our drinking glasses are colorful anodized aluminum. We also have a little tapestry my mom made when I was little. It’s in Norwegian and says “Velkommen til hytta, “ or “welcome to the cabin.”

Vintage tube radio with mini bluetooth amplifier. I power mine with a little cell phone charger - works great boondocking... It's a very simple update to make. check it out at link below - they also sell the hardware and there are jillions of tube radios on Ebay. thingylab.com/installing-a-bluetooth-amplifier/

I am more "vintage" than our camper, and I like to think that I am indispensable. My girls may disagree.

Believe it or not, I have some old Army duct tape that my Dad had... sticky as all get out.
