Does anyone have an pics of a 1968 LoFlyte frame stripped down to the frame for rebuild? I've seen pics of an Aristocrat LoLiner frame but it's just enough different from my trailer that it didn't answer all of my questions.
I'm trying to level up my trailer so that I can replace rot in the side walls and front wall and I'm beginning to wonder if the frame itself isn't bending. The tongue appears to be running "uphill" underneath the dinette but that could be an optical illusion because the cabin is sagging due to the rot in the sidewalls.
So does anyone have any experience, insight, or history on this? I'm used to the traditional A-frame trailer with a straight line from coupler to back bumper and this step-up/step-down design is something else entirely.
Basically I'm left wondering...is the house sagging, or is the tongue rising?

I would have an expert check the frame and tongue. The tongue should be level with the rest of the frame. Even with troubles, the fix isn't a hard one, you just need an expert welder. If you want to save the interior, you won't be taking your trailer all the way down to the frame. My 68 was partially apart when I got it (skin off and lower rot showing). Calling a welder/fabricator to come take a look. He did the repairs on my Airstream project a few years ago and knows his stuff. We've lifted some of the skin and are getting to work on replacing the bad pieces. Making progress. I posted some more pics on my intro thread.
