The home-made pop-up I inherited has no utilities, so I'm planning on getting a Jackery, or Rockpals, or similar power station big enough to power a 12 volt heated mattress pad, some interior and exterior LED camp lights and keep devices charged along with a solar panel or two to charge the power station.
My question is if I stay someplace where shore power is an option do I need anything special to top off the power station if I need to, or do most places have a 20 amp/110 outlet in addition to the 30 and/or 50 amp outlets so I could just run a standard extension cord?

Is a "dog bone" adapter all I need if they don't have a 110 outlet?

Most power supplies need a battery to buffer the 12 volt side of life. Not familiar with the units you mention. If they have a built in battery, there must be a charging port when on shore power.
A dogbone will work; 30 amp to 15.
