Does anyone know the actual size of the wings on a 1966 (I think it's a 13') Shasta camper … the smallest one that they make. I measured from where I could see the original wings were attached and it looks LONG like 28"? 30" in length from other pictures that I've seen with them attached. Your help is appreciated! here are pictures of campers with wings and mine without wings. HELP PLEASE?? THANK YOU! static.wixstatic.com/media/2ca59d_b436445106544d88aad871ac2aa0e45a~mv2.jpg[/font]

Hmm, I’m getting a “forbidden” notice when I click on your link. At any rate, it sounds as though you have a Compact. Shasta used the same wings on the Compacts as they did on the larger trailers. The wing sizes did change over time. They got narrower and shorter beginning in the late 60s, I think. We have a ham style Compact and the wings looked out of proportion at first. But now, they look just right. I hope someone can give you actual dimensions for your year.
And pictures, please, we love pictures!

We bought our wings from Tyler at From Nasty to Shasty last year nastyshasty.blogspot.com/2012/03/wings-wings-wings.htmlHe has been making Shasta wings for 8 years and is very knowledgeable about what size wings were used on which trailers based on model and year. Our wings are currently on display in our living room to provide us encouragement on our frame off restore
