Hello there - it’s been awhile! We’ve recently rebuilt the door on our 72 Red Dale, along with a back corner rebuild after finding a leak, which included removing the siding, which necessitated removing the door...thankfully we are at reassembly. We didn’t have to do any work around the door, and now the door is sagging in the frame. The frame is square and level, The rebuilt door is square, but the door isn’t hanging level after being reattached to the hinges. It looks like the hinges are stretched out in some way. Maybe the full length rod is bent somehow? Or with the bushings being warm down, somehow that’s contributing to the problem. Can these hinges be rebuilt? Any suggestions for how to fix our droopy drawers door? Thanks!

Most of the time, door sag is caused by structural issues, not the hinges. There may be some shimming to be done but I'd have to see better pictures of what you're talking about to help. Perhaps a couple of photos further away with you pointing to what is wrong? Maybe another couple of the framing before re-hanging the door.

Thanks VikX! We pulled the door 2 more times!! Until we were able to shim it to the right spot. The skirt was completely rotted when we bought it, so had noting to work off of when it was replaced and I think we are a little low.

Post some pix and we can help. A lot of work to pull the door unless you are just tacking it in place... The skirt can be added to if need be.
