It appears to be a 50s combo stove and fridge.
Does the fridge portion work? If not, it can't be repaired (lack of parts) The cabinet could be rebuilt and the gas stovetop mounted lower. A smaller dorm fridge could be fit under the stove top.

I have not tried the fridge yet. The stove top does work.

The person doing some restoration work for me just thinks that the stove / fridge is not original to the camper because it sits so high above the countertop height. He thinks the burners on the stove would sit at about the same height as the top of the counter. Typically, the stove top will be level with the countertop as the person helping you indicated. In my earlier post, I asked if "it" was propane. I meant to say I was referring to the fridge. Does it run on propane and electricity or just electricity? I was amazed to find that this fridge was made in Scotland. IMG_20190908_172908082 by Bob Dombeck, on Flickr

In the 50s, many fridges and stovetops did not match the counter height. I have had several; Aljo, Bellwood, Hanson, etc...

I am looking for opinions for new tail lights on my pathfinder. It had some junk aftermarket ones and since I am putting new metal on it I would like to put on new tail lights. I am familiar with the Bargman 99 models but was just looking for some other options for period correct style lights. I would want them to be readily available not something that is on backorder with no end in sight. Thanks

Bargmann 99s are a little "new" for a 57 Pathfinder. I use 55 Pontiac repro tail lights sold at Speedway. There's a few tricks for installation but they really have the true retro look. (LED and very close to orig. size)

Thanks. I like the look of them. Maybe a little small but I could live with that. What tricks for installation are you talking about? I am fairly handy so it shouldn't be too hard to get them mounted.

Hi Friends, Have you looked at all the options for taillights that are sold through Vintage Trailer Supply? My 55 Rod and Reel used some recessed lights that VTS now sells. It’s the Bargeman number 6 lens. www.vintagetrailersupply.com/bargman-trail-lite-no-6-lens-reproduction-vts-111/. You might have to purchase the trim rings www.vintagetrailersupply.com/bargman-no-9-trim-rings-set-of-2-vts-189/ You would have to call VTS and see if they sell the light can for this lens. I am not familiar with the light cans that they sell as I reused the originals on my trailer. Here is a picture of my ‘55 Rod and Reel.
I wish I had a better picture of the rear end, but all my pix of the rear end of my trailer were taken in the shade. Note, the lens rises about a ½” out of the receptacle and there is a chrome ring that surrounds the lens. So, the lens does not sit flush. The lens does have some ridges in it as designed. A comment about Vikx suggestion of the Pontiac retro lights. They are LED and LED’s are very very bright when lit. I am not familiar with these, but I will assume that when lit, they will be brighter than a larger tail lamp with a conventional filament based lightbulb like the one I suggested, even if the lens is larger than the Pontiac style. I replaced the tear drop marker lights with LED based lights. They look like the original teardrop lights but at night, they are screaming bright. It's a nice perk for safety. Cheers, Rod

The Pontiac tails are surface mounted but need to be secured on the inside. I used a tasteful trim piece to provide a backer. (matching the wall panel)
This is a little hard to explain: There are two threaded studs on the light trim. The threads are metric. I found threaded coupler nuts and rethreaded one end metric to fit the light studs. Then I bought brass large headed screws to fit the other end of the coupler nut.
The length of the stud/coupler/screw must fit the rear wall thickness so that the screws can be tightened sufficiently. True pure butyl putty helps anchor the light in place and the screws/trim piece are slightly above the rear bed mattress.
I'm willing to answer questions. PM me for more photos.
NOTE: I don't like to cut large circles in my rear skins for different tail lights. Keep the skins as weatherproof as possible.

So you have to actually run the screws through the inside Birch paneling to attach the tail lights? Not so sure I would like that.

I use 55 Pontiac repro tail lights sold at Speedway. Wow Vikx, Speedway Motors has a lot of light components. Thanks for that reference. Whitney

Does anyone know of a round domed light similar to what Vikx has mentioned but one that comes with a backing plate similar to something used on a bargman 99 where you could remove the domed lens from the backing plate and the backing plate would stay attached to the camper?

Trying to decide on what color to paint the tongue on the camper. Does there seem to be one color that was more prevalent in this time period from the mid-50s? Kind of leaning towards silver or white. Not a big fan of black

If you're talking interior dome lights, most have removeable lenses to change the bulb. The plate stays on the ceiling.
