People should knot be allowed to do this to an old trailer! That thing is knot safe to tow with all that extra weight. Knot only that, it is knot very good looking what with all those knots, especially inside. I'd go knuts in there. I would knot pay the price of even just the lumber used for that thing. Knough said.

If they wanted a tiny house why not just build one and call it a tiny house. Makes you worry if the frame is rated to carry that much weight.......... Debra

That is too funny. You’re too sad.
Somebody spent so much time on it and that’s the end result.

This is an example of not knowing what you are doing. The tragic part is someone will probably buy it.

I guess we'll have to enjoy it while the ad is up. I tried to post a photo and it's showing as a tiny thumbnail....

Well, at least they reframed the FRONT wall. How positively brilliant, adding a false front and back to an old trailer. Good heavens, what are people thinking?

Here you go Vikx
Wonder what the weight of that bad boy is on the original suspension? Should be solid.

Thanks Whitney!
From the ad it sounds like they didn't address the sills, joists and subfloor. Just patched and rebuilt from the inside. The curvy shape leaves less living room as well...

Sorry I'm late for this one... I just got my eyes to focus again after laughing to tears! I thought the funniest part was the curved rear wall framed under the eves, till I saw the toilet!
Apparently, Lumber Liquidators had a big sale!
Holy Hole in the Pine, Batman!!
So here's the ad copy:
" 1950's Yellowstone Camper. Completely gutted and restored. Perfect tiny house, hunting shack, she-shed, or lakeside getaway. 16 feet long. Some of the work completed is listed below, and is by no means all inclusive;
Brand new 6 gallon electric Hot Water Heater Furnace replaced with electric heater Restored original gas stove Restored Toilet and Shower, as well as plumbing Siding replaced with All natural weatherproofed pine siding Brand new vinyl sliding windows installed Vinyl Flooring replaced Sub-floor replaced Metal weather proof roofing installed Interior completely redone in wood carsiding Custom dinette / fold down bed front wall re-framed Re-insulated walls and flooring "
And here's the punchline:

“She Shed???” Really? I’d make a snug reading space with the bed, line it with books and call it my library. She shed. Sheesh. If I had my own space, I’d call it a snug or a palace, not a shed. Guys may be comfortable in “caves”, but a shed?
OK, I’m done.
