Hello. My '63 Comet had flush mount, beehive side marker lights. The ones from Vintage Trailer Supply have a rear protrusion of almost 1". These therefore won't work on my camper. I would install the star burst ones (for Shastas) but those are out of stock.
Does anyone have any creative alternatives to VTS? I'm not hung up on staying entirely true to original form but some vintage-looking lights would be great. Cheers.

You might check LED auto lights or at a local RV store.

If you can post a pic of what you are talking about then I’ll help you look for something. I went back and forth on replacing mine on my 65 Shasta but I wanted it to look somewhat original so I just installed some eBay sealed leds in mine.

Thanks! I checked them out and they have cool stuff. I decided to go with the teardrop lights from vintage trailer parts. Cheers!
