Still plugging away on the Lo-liner. 12v electrical is done, all damaged paneling has been replaced. I sanded all of the paneling, primed with special primer for slick surfaces and sprayed the inside with an airless sprayer. New Trafficmaster Allure flooring inside and black vinyl in the storage areas. I rebuilt the front of the kitchen counter and built new drawers. They will be going in soon, along with all the painted cabinet doors. I still need to finish the bed platform. I believe that I will have the inside finished in the next week. My shop is a disaster! Tools and trailer parts everywhere!

This you get anywhere on the plate fiasco? I've got a black and yellow plate that I want to use on mine.

I'm not sure what it's treated with, but the canvas top on my convertible doesn't leak.

Head size vs bolt size can vary. The easiest way to check a bolt's size is to just check the size of the shank with a wrench.

The back is done! Skirt boards are on today's to do list. The rear window was completely covered with silicone and caulk. The Jasco stripper wouldn't touch it. With the Aircraft stripper it scraped right off.

I've got a Harbor Freight palm nailer and it will drive big old nails into Fir, no problem. I haven't tried it on paneling yet.

Yet another crap thing about California... Went into ace last weekend and no enamel paint whatsoever. Thinking about making the drive to tractor supply, but they probably paint farm implements with watercolors here too. My truck was made in California and the paint has rusted through on the roof and can be flicked off with a fingertip in other places. I'm in N Cal and the strict rules haven't hit us YET, although some mail order suppliers just lump all of CA togeather instead of keeping track County by County. I've had a supplier refuse to ship me a product and then went and bought it locally. That was the reasoning my local deal gave me.

I have not, but I have heard that Kirker makes the Eastwood and Summit Racing paints. They are not pro grade, but I have seen good results. I wouldn't use them on a show car, but probably will give them a shot on the Lo-Liner.

Slight wheel well separation. Heather got tired of scraping silicone, so she made some no sew seat cushions. O Ll

I think that the counter is only about 1/2" out of level. I'm not really sure where the issue lies, it seems like the outriggers on the metal frame itself would have to have sagged. The wall is still tight against the angle iron on the frame and the skirt board is pretty intact. I'm wondering if I can just make the new skirt taller or try to bend the frame back up and reinforce it? There is about a 1/2" gab from the back of the wheel liner to the floor, everywhere else is still attached. I'm not sure what the 2x3" boards inside the skirt boards are called, but the one that I replaced was a PITA! Rusted bolts didn't want to come out, even after I cut them off.
