This was not what I expected to see and it left me uneasy. The winds in the desert of Deming, NM can be mean especially when they gust to 65+ m.p.h. for many days and toss everything in their path around. I spend my time in the camper evaluating what needs to be replaced, I have taken Murphy's Oil Soap to the woodwork, tossed out the old mattress and the dinette cushions. I don't have to climb on a ladder to see the roof and I notice there is no lid on the escape hatch and a wood enclosure over the smaller one, the front window is also missing and will be replaced with a piece of quality plexiglass. The floor isn't bad, I don't care much for the carpet tiles many of them are gone. I will be putting down 1/4" plywood on the floor and linoleum tiles off white or beige to go with the brown woodwork. I ordered and received a 60" farm jack to get it upright and back onto the blocks. The gentleman in the last pic is going to help me with the restoration.

Hi I see you found the camper I lived in while my parents built our house in ‘78. Len-Dar campers was a combination of my parents name. That particular camper was built in March of ‘78 we took it to Fl on spring break.
