63 Shasta SC: I took TONS of photos- but am a little mixed up about the area at the entry. This is what photos I have: Before removal of metal: IMG_0529 by kathy, on Flickr after: IMG_0557 by kathy, on Flickr I put new flooring in and will replace most of the wood framing around the door. I am replacing each piece one at a time so I dont think I made any mistakes with wood. This is what it looks like currently: IMG_1847 by kathy, on Flickr I am confused by the metal piece- does it go over the plywood floor? Or do I need to cut the floor back to fit the metal piece? I just don't remember if it was on top of the floor or butted up against it? I dont seem to have many photos of it to figure it out. UGH I would so appreciate any help. Thanks

Ok- I found another photo. Seems that it is on the floor and there is just a lip where the screen door rests when closed. Am I right? I just was test fitting the door today to see how I did with new framing- and I was confused. Thanks IMG_0391 by kathy, on Flickr

Yes...you are correct. The metal threshold would sit on top of the floor and the screen door would close against that lip. You may also have that same lip that runs up the side members and across the top of the door frame.
