I found it very satisfying when I rebuilt my windows. Expensive but satisfying. I think I had $140 just in new seals and gaskets

Mobiltec, thanks for investing the time needed to make this video.
It is surprising how much work goes into just cleaning these windows.

Great tutorial Larry!
I haven't replaced any of the window seals on our camper yet, I plan on doing it next spring. For the last few years I have done a "hack" using the screens when the temps go down. We have a shrink wrapping machine in our picture framing shop (clear wrap). I just take all of the screens out and shrinkwrap them, then replace in the windows. It works really well to stop drafts and keeps dust out. It even adds a pocket of air as insulation since the plastic is an envelope with the screen inside. It only takes about 30 minutes to do all of them. Find your local frame shop and see if they'll do it. I leave the small upper windows without shrinkwrap so we can get some ventilation.

I did it with my Lil Loafer when I was camped out in Death Valley during the winter. I bet a lot of people don't know that it actually snows in Death Valley...
