I am adding a tiny sink to my bathroom. I was trying to decide between a pump and faucet as there is only space for one item like that between the sink and wall. Then I saw this new old stock combo item that had been pulled out of the back stock room of my rv dealer during their clean up of old out of date items. So I did a search online and you really can not buy anything like it. There is a combo plastic pump but nothing in chrome like this. Anyway I am pretty happy about finding this.

There used to be a lot of this style faucet available but as 12 volt water pumps became less expensive and could be used in a "city water" system the pumps faded away. Also we became to lazy to operate a hand pump.

Also we became to lazy to operate a hand pump. I know the clerks at the RV stores have thought I am crazy buying a hand pump on purpose. They are a little lost on the idea of restoration as they are used to pushing out bigger/better trailers every year. When mine is finished I am going to take it by there to show them what they used to look like.. SaveSave
