I'm about to find out how it works in NV. I've done it in CA a few times and it's not all that hard. Just time consuming and costs some money... Always costs time and money. MN is just another form. ( statement of Facts) I attach pics to form as requested by the state . The trailers I buy are always under the threshold to where a bond needs posting. The pics prove how crappy they are and also include a pic of the VIN. I'm three for three in getting a clean title that way .

Just got the first part of the journey completed. We made an appointment with the local Sheriff to come over and do a VIN inspection for us. While he was at it I dragged him over to my place around the corner to do the same for my 54 Jewel. Stay tuned for the next part of the journey. I'm not sure if I go to the DMV or the court house for this next thing. Someone has to do a title search and I think it's the DMV. Then we need to do abandonment papers which the owner of the property has to sign. The fun is just beginning I'm afraid....
