Well there's vintage, antique and ancient.... Anything new than that is a "newer trailer" to me.

NO WAY can Disco, fake wood panelling and shag carpet be considered desirable. Vintage, yes I'll concede that point as it is strictly a time reference. But collectable?

I can remember a time when the world thought a Shasta was a lowlife undesirable thing they wouldn't tow to the dump, now those same people want a perfectly restored one and are willing to pay ten times what it cost new, for the privilege of having people drool over it when they pull into a camp ground. Gee how things change. Maybe that will come back also (i hope not) time will tell.

Well that doesn't have much to do with getting old because this shut down has affected all of us no matter the age. But I feel your pain. All my favorite camping spots are closed too so I had to cancel my Fall Haul plans. By the way, welcome to the board. |

I thought I was getting old when I started needing bifocals and when my brain woke up long before my body did in the morning. I KNEW I was getting old when Marc and I slept side-by-side in a 3/4 bed two weeks ago for our first TCT trailer rally. We sure have gotten fat and decrepit! LOL
