Thought I would drop a few pics of my project. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel ! Here's my list of completions to date. I do think I am getting to old for this though. Re polished Pex done throughout New water tank New gray water tank Natures head toilet Excel America on demand water heater, needs no electrical to start. Used in Europe. Fixtures Flooring 1956 Dixie stove located and rebuilt 12v Solar fridge/freezer upright 150 wt portable solar panels LED lighting Moon caps for the rims, but I will wait till spring to install Re sanded and stained all the interior cabinet trim. Looks very nice. Re plated all original hinges and handles I have kept all the interior and exterior as untouched as possible. I wanted to update everything behind the cabinets to current standards. I believe I have gotten close for my first attempt. Love the help from this web site.

Hi mojorisen. It sounds like You have a class A + camper there. A few pics`d really help the visual though. From the pic in Your avatar, that is really nice, and shiny too.

to VTT. Your 1963 Boles Aero Princess being a dual axel camper should be comfortable at 22'. Usually, imo, once you go beyond about 16' with a single axel camper you encounter problems towing beyond about 55 mph. The Princess has a very nice interior layout. You obviously have the ability to preserve this fine example of the Boles Aero brand. I would be white knuckled towing a camper 22' long, but that is only me. We welcome you to the VTT and hope to enjoy many posts in the future regarding your enjoyment of such a nice example of a collectible Boles Aero, of that era.

This looking backwards into the back. I have replaced the flooring with 5mm vinyl reclaimed wood look. The 12v solar upright fridge is sitting into the new rebuilt fridge area. I removed the lower cabinet that the old Norcold sat on. It now is larger and has a lower freezer also. Uses 60 watts off of a 100 amp hr lithium battery. I ran it for five days with no recharge to the battery as a test.

This is the original furnace after I got it back and reassembled from the powder coating company. I had the interior pieces powder coated as well as the exterior cover to keep the original look. I have kept every thing that you see from stepping inside as close to original while replacing things behind cabinets updated. I did have to replace the original manifold, it would never stay lit. It now stays on and runs very well with the original thermostat. I trimmed out the edges with mahogany to clean it up and also match the dark trim that is also all the dark trim cabinets.

This is the area for the original Bowers water tank. It worked but I found a very efficient European on demand water heater in the states for less than 200 that uses only 2 D batteries and 1.2psi flow to ignite. I converted the original heater cover onto an aluminum cutout that I made to match the cover pattern. I then assembled this onto the trailer and used a piano hinge and cable stop to match the exact holes that the cover originally screwed onto. I secured it with a reverse piano hing for locking. I now have valuable storage that the tank took up before.

Cover closed. This is before I installed the reverse piano hinge for locking. Don't tell my wife, but I found out that the long BBQ cooking forks lock the hinges very well and connect all the holes like a long pin.

Installed Natures Head toilet. I eliminated the old waste tank and now have a gray tank only. To the left is the old flooring in speckled tile. That has all been replaced. The rest of the bathroom is untouched. The shower is original and in great shape. I did replace the shower head with a low flow head.
