My Oasis came with brand new farm eqpt tires, ones rated at 80-psi and good for highway travel - this is what I was told...what think ye all? Are these safe or crap? I have the 6 lug wheel on my 62 oasis. Thanks for any opinions.
And is there a good source for a classic bubble plain old hubcap?
Thanks

Depending where you live, I would think there must be someone local who deals in new and used hub caps, like a salvage yard or tire place that you could ask in person about availability for moons/baby moons and pricing. If not Amazon and eBay are possible sources. I was looking on Amazon and ran across these. I don't fiddle much with hub caps, so I am not familiar with different "moon" styles, but I thought these moons with a "white wall" edge were kind of interesting... www.amazon.com/Baby-Moon-CHROME-Covers-Hubcaps/dp/B01F3E058E/ref=sr_1_16?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1473608618&sr=1-16&keywords=baby+moon+hubcapsThey are shipped directly from the factory in Taiwan. I lived in Taiwan for a year coaching their National and Olympic Swim Teams (Republic of China Amateur Athletic Federation) a very, very long time ago, and many of their factories would manufacture much better quality items for foreign export, while making cheaper similar stuff for the local buyer who could not afford the best quality stuff. I believe Taiwanese exports are still better quality than Mainland Chinese goods.

Thanks, now I know the proper name for them...that's half the battle! I live in the boonies so no big box stores nearly by - even Walmart is 30 miles away! ha
still concerned about the tires that came on the camper....SO much to learn and FAST - before the temps drop and the snow flies

Youn have to measure your wheel to find baby moons that fit. I found some at vintagetrailersupply. They are called dome hub caps. Some wheels have nubs, some have clips. Hope you can find what fits your trailer.
