Hi guys, I just started tearing into my first trailer, a 1966 Lo-liner. I started removing the front lower skin that is damaged and needs to be replaced. Any tips on separating the two pieces at the seam? I watched a video on a Lo-liner and the guy easily separated them, but mine sure seem to be crimped togeather. I'm thinking that I'm going to be crawling under there trying to carefully pry the seam apart? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, do you have a nickname or a way to address you? Other than your user name?
Loliner:
You must remove the front window to pull the front skin. (you'll be pulling all the skins to do skirt repairs and possibly more) There is a Pittsburg seam level with the bottom of the window. Once the window is removed, pick the staples out and the skin should slip down and out.
Take your time. We are here to help you.

HI, My name is Trey, I'm in Northern CA, on the coast near Eureka. All the windows and trim are coming out and as much of the skin as needed for repairs. I've got the front loose to the first seam, but it sure doesn't wast to come apart, maybe I'll go ahead and pull the window and see if I can get it apart at the next seam. I do not see any damage to the framing in the front, just want to remove the lower skin to replace it. 1000 rusty screws and 10 tubes of silicone to remove! Thanks
