Found this, it cost a whopping $0.00...has a new floor and that's as far as they got. I believe it was originally a pop up. Has gears and cranks on it, not it's solid one piece. I can find any identification on besides on piece that says "philco".

If it s not a homebuilt trying some of the techniques found in the Retractable Rolite brand campers, it may be some design trying to copy some of the basic styling found on this 1946 Mobilglide. Judging from the forward-facing (rear) cargo doors found on aluminum boded delivery trucks, I'm leaning toward it being a very creative project of an ex-aluminum aircraft fabricator. portland.craigslist.org/mlt/rvs/5642825116.html
