My trailer originally had some pressboard type panels glued and stapled to the interior surfaces of the wheel wells. I have removed that and plugged the staple holes but was wondering if there is any real benefit to covering the metal wheel wells since they will both be covered up by cabinets.
Thoughts??

Heating, cooling, noise from other campers/what ever are all reasons for insulating the wheel well area.
