danrhodes, did you coat the whole exterior side or just the bottom? And what did you use to coat the board? Thanks, Poquito I believe it was Kirkadie that gave me the idea to use this product from Tractor Supply. I painted the area that I routed and will probably use it around the outer edges and windows since I have a full gallon left. I also used it on my frame and under the floor. Seems to be a great product when it sets up. Time will tell........

Well after a bit of running around, calling and internet research, I've decided to go with 1/2 Birch plywood that I can get 7 miles from my house. I will have to be creative with the 1/4 Birch panel for the front, back and ceiling. The local lumberyard - Fernandina Lumber had cabinet grade for $50 a panel, the stuff at HD (shhh) has a 3 ply center and is $25 a panel. Lowe's had a 5 ply center at $30 a panel. Hood distribution has Natural and White B2 for $75 and $100 a panel respectively. Hood did not have the 1/8 Birch but did have white Maple that is .532 and is $40 a sheet. They also have a $300 minimum which at that price would be easy to do. - This is at a Jacksonville, FL location and the $300 minimum is for self pick up. Here is a website for info on help with choosing plywood. www.popularwoodworking.com/techniques/basics/choose_the_right_plywoodI will coat the edges with a sealer - both sides. I have read that teardrop builders will coat all edges of the plywood with an epoxy. Hope to get it all cut up this weekend. Poquito
