I am on the hunt to find a new way to do the interior of my trailer. One idea is this, PlascoreIt's a little expensive but looks very light and strong. I was also thinking about this stuff but can't find it anywhere. It's interior panels inside of a FEDEX truck. (I hope the pix are working)

When I became interested in the DIY projects that Elkins was involved in, using coroplast, I simply did a search for a coroplast distributor. I found one and opened the web site and clicked on contact and left a message that I was interested in purchasing sheets for DIY projects. I received a reply from Mr. Clay Johnston, who was willing to discuss what I was looking for. We corresponded a bit and I ended up ordering 6 4X8 sheets of coroplast, which was delivered to my door, within 1 week. If you are interested in the product you mentioned, why not open a web site and click on contact and open a dialogue discussing what you are interested in and what the application would be. I'd start here... www.plascore.com/products/composite-sandwich-panels/If you request a contact name and telephone number it would be quicker to explain your idea. When I spoke to Clay, he focused in on what I wanted and guess what!?...he mentioned if I was willing to place a minimum $50 order "they" were having a 50% off, today only special (imagine that), said they have the discount about once a month on a Friday, special for 4X8X4mm panels. I got the 6 panels, usually $18/ea. for $9/panel ($54 total) with free shipping. So if you do find something you are interested in, ask about a minimum order and if they could offer any discount price including free shipping. You could actually contact Clay Johnston at Grimco.com and maybe discuss what you are thinking about and see if he can point you in the right direction, because coroplast is obviously different than polycor. I am not affiliated in any way with Clay or Grimco, they just treated me kindly.
