What a fantastic find. You are still going to want to at least remove all the windows, doors, vents, exterior lamps and J Rail in order to re-seal it so that it stays in that condition. Should take you only a few weeks. While the windows are out you can clean them, polish them and do the same with the brows. (window drip guards).... Again you are very lucky to have found a trailer in this shape.

Mobiltec Having seen several trailers that were in various states and watched a few of your videos I realize what a gem this trailer is. My plan is to do as you suggest along with removing all of the outer skin to asses any issues there may be. Also to run wiring for back up lights and put new insulation in before putting the skin back on. I am undecided as to paint. I do like the look of a bare aluminum but not polished to a shine. Thinking of bare with the original graphic design on the side and Aljoa front and rear as per original. As I said in my first post I also own a 1955 Shasta that is not bad but needs a complete tear down. There are features of the Shasta that I like but I prefer the curved edges of the cabinets in the Aljoa. I clearly have the disease of CHAS ( can ham acquisition syndrome) and plan on keeping them both. But the Aljoa is my preference. After I complete it this summer I will be taking a journey from Az to Bodega Bay Ca. in the fall to attend a wedding with my hound along for the ride. Then head up the coast for some fun in Oregon. PS Your videos are most informative.

PS Your videos are most informative. Quite a difference in weather between those two places. You'll like it if you haven't been there yet. I think that is a great plan. Can't hurt to see what's under there anyhow and if there is any wood that needs replacing you can get it done now. "CHAS" lol...
