Who makes this heater and are they safe to use?

Hi Friends,

Does anyone know anything about the heater pictured below?  It was enclosed in the bottom of a wardrobe as pictured. 

I can't find any manufacturer on it and it appears to not have any sort of venting.  The trailer it came from had not external heater vent, nor was there one in the floor.

Not knowing anything about it, I would have reservations about installing it, but I was just curious if anyone knew anything about this heater.
