Here she is as I have found her. We still have snow so just a couple of exterior photos. Lots of original features. They ripped out her kitchenette, but left the cabinet doors for it. The toilet is a port a potty and needs a new permanent one connected to the tank. My plan is to move over the fridge, to expand the bathroom to include a sink and shower. Install a new kitchenette. Remove the upper bunk. Then, sand it all, re-shellac, remove, repair and re-seal all windows and j-rail, fix any rot and put a new birch ceiling in. Once thats done I will have her exterior painted and glamp her up. Electrical seems to work. Lots of lines to reconnect, but also lots of potential. So thankful to have this group along on the journey. You have already taught me so much. We have had snow! Notice the Gold j-rail... Unique! This a a photo of the back that the seller gave me, taken in the summer. She has all her proper "bling" on the outside. Her Pedigree.. lol Dinette Area Front Window and cabinets above dinette. Storage drawers in dinette.. there was a microwave laying in the trailer when we bought it. I need to toss it. Wall with cool vintage refrigerator, bathroom and closet Fridge emblem Bathroom with port-a-potty. Water line and tank are there.. just disconnected maybe.. Bathroom Wall and Window Area where Stove and sink goes. Cabinet doors are on the bed. Back sofa currently made into a bed. The backboard to the kitchenette is there too. Upper bunk area. I will be removing the upper bunk and installing storage shelves/cabinets or something like that. Anyone want the brackets? Upper kitchen cabinets. Fortunately still here. Ceiling which I will replace with birch.

That's a beautiful trailer and a great project. I love the contrasting wood doors and the knock-off magazine rack (I guess copyright didn't work across the border as well as now a days). I can imagine you will be extra careful taking the bling-rail (b-rail?) off as it's likely irreplaceable.
I could use the bunk brackets and especially the bunk ladder if it has one, but I'm sure shipping from Canada is as expensive as everything else seems to be up there, so probably not practical.

Looks like a great project! Those doors look like Sapele Mahogany (which is not a true mahogany) It will be fun to follow as you make it into your own.

Thank you for posting all of this. It is really helping me understand the mid60s Falcon I just bought.

Could you tell me about the upper bunk? I have those same brackets and rails in my 15' but I couldn't figure out what they were used for and how?!? They are at such an odd angle...

There is a bar that goes across in the slots. I'll see if I can find a photo of the correct set up. You could remake the bar.

Thank you! Mystery SOLVED! Doubt I will use the bunk either, it's nicer to have the open space and to see the lovely curved ceiling.

The curvy wood rail goes in the front when open and keeps the kids from falling out.. LOL

I am planning to install a very functional shelf where the bunk was. Maybe 12" deep, and put a cool tubular rail like the one in the photo below.
