Does anyone here know how serial numbers generally work on trailers? My new trailer has an unknown age. So far nothing inside to indicate the age, except the refrigerator has the really old fashioned, fat door, rounded edge which seems to be late 1950's or Early 1960s in the trailers I have seen. So I tracked down another Golden Falcon owner with the same model as mine. His trailer was built in 1964. His serial number is #331301.. Mine is #321779. So does this means my trailer should be older than his because my number is lower?
Just wondering if anyone else has tried to sort this before..

Actually.. I found the answer to my question. I found a lady on the Vintage Glendale Facebook page shoes trailer looks just like mine.. weird features like "Gold metal j-rail".. bet you don't see that ever day! Her trailer serial number is just a little higher than mine. So it looks like it's a 1963-1964 model. I am going to search for more dates as I disassemble it.. but I am feeling pretty good about it so far. Only one hitch.. her body style is different than mine... but that could be a model thing.. here hoping
