vikx what kind of waterproof sticky tape do you put on the back of the holes? I found 2 very small holes at the bottom of my door yesterday as I was starting to reassemble it. Also I have some screw holes from reflectors the PO put on, I was thinking about just putting a screw in the holes to cover them. I thought they might blend in ok when I paint over them. What would be your suggestion for that situation? sticky tape then gutter seal then screw in the screw? Sorry I ask so many questions about sealing, I just really dont want my trailer to leak after I have put all this hard work into it

Home Depot sells Nashua brand "waterproofing" tape. It is very sticky and the only brand I've been able to find lately. About 10 bucks per roll...
Depends on the holes if you need the tape or not. If they aren't stripped, a screw and OSI will probably be enough. You can also tape the backside but keep in mind the screw will pierce the tape. It usually sticks around the screw pretty well. Another option is new reflectors with the same screw hole pattern. Putty, then screw in place.
Note: your trailer will never be waterPROOF. It will be very water resistant at first but bouncing down the road takes a toll. The best a person can do is check all putty and seals after every trip and touch up where needed.

Thanks! that is exactly what I needed to know, and I do think about just putting reflectors back on. But they put them in silly places, look at this one in the Z stripe....
