Great photo. No foot prints though... Ya I'd camp in that. I love camping in the snow.

Mobiltec - we are really glad we took your tarp advice!! That's the way to bag a trailer. Now you will want to support the ceiling to be able to hold the weight of the snow. Make a T out of some stick lumber, use a rag or something to keep from scratching the ceiling if you are worried about it and prop up the ceiling to hold the snow weight. One in the middle should do it for light snow like that. But once it goes past 6 inches you may want to have two in there.

Not yet, but it's plugged in and set up with the heater going just in case I need to. I may be making my coffee out there in the morning.

It is nice to go out early in the morning make coffee and set in the lawn chair. About 9am I use the coffer maker to make ice tea set under the tree watch the birds. This morning the snow is full of deer tracks we had visitors last night. It is interesting after dark how the snow makes it continue to be light.

14" of snow before the city came through our alley with the plow; now over 20" and my boots aren't high enough to get through it to the garage. Dang (well I wouldn't camp out anyway, not with what we must pay to heat our dinosaur of a house).

We have at least 24", maybe more. It has finally stopped but there is still a possibility of more tonight and tomorrow morning. Thankfully, it's powdery and hasn't stuck to the trees. We still have power.

I've been out at 14 degrees, with it a balmy 75 in the camper.

It's raining in western Washingon...again. Quite warm for the time of year, though. You will be hearing about floods here soon as the rain washes away the heavy snow pack in the mountains. Luckily, we're not close to any creeks or rivers. Wouldn't want to camp today, the Ham has a leak somewhere on the back street side that needs fixing. Three years in the elements, I guess. So he's nicely tarped and waiting for some warm, DRY weather to do some repair work.

The thought of Hamlet cozied up with a hot toddy, feet up in front of the fire, waiting for some TLC and a rubdown really warms the spirit....
