"trailer could be lifted with one hand..."
That's because most of the camper is gone.
Hack, Hack, Hack there is no coming Back, Back, Back!

And wasn't it nice of them to do all the hard work for us? All that gutting is free man.

He must surely be wrong about the "only a few hours to finish" heck a really good man could end it's misery in just a minute or two with a can of fuel and a match, or a year of hard labor and a few thousand to finish it.

Plug and play? I don't think they make connector cords to do that.

There's a sucker born every minute. P.T. Barnum
It'll sell.
And, we'd never put our chickens in a metal box, unless we wanted them to cook themselves.

Those are they type camper trailers I like to buy, price is too high for this one. Someone did all the gutting work already all I need to do is build it back with new wood, that is the easy part if the floor is good. Most campers have about 8 different floor plans all the same stuff build in 8 different places. I build it back with a very popular floor plans or one that I like best. Better electrical wiring than the original camper and insulation too.

Better electrical wiring and insulation is easy. Just keep in mind that in order to put it back the way it was you have to take the rest of it apart and do a frame up rebuild. You can not built it back from the inside. Tha interior paneling must span over both side walls front to rear. And some of the cabinets need to be attached in certain places from the outside of the walls and ceiling. Other than that you're good to go if you like "gutted" trailers.

There's deconstructing, which is what we do when we restore, repair, reimagine. Gutting is what happens when someone probably doesn't know what s/he is doing. If it were truly the hard part, we would see a lot fewer gutted campers.

Let's face it, anybody with a hammer, pry bar and saw can do this type of demo in one day. It takes months to do a full rebuild. Vintage or not.
The kind of camper I like is somewhere in between this and untouched. If the owner mucks with it just enough, like pulling the front and rear panel apart, the camper looks terrible. Nobody calls or bids because it doesn't look like an easy fix. That is a deal waiting to happen.
This owner went way too far for me. You need to be local just to get it home without it collapsing.

I agree, the structural integrity of this one is so far GONE. Nothing is worse than trying to fix a POs mess, especially a gut job. I'd rather they were rotting in the woods.

On the other hand, a long trip home at about 75 MPH on the turnpike ought to jumpstart the frame-off process...
