I have both walls clamped together and I can't seem to get them to line up perfectly. The height is a little off and the bottom seems a little wider on the street side wall. I can't get to my skins right now to verify they will fit, so I'm flying a little blind. Is it usual for both walls to be identical?

The quick answer is NO. At least not the ones from the factory that is. Another thing I have encountered is that many times one wall is mounted a bit lower than the other. Not just from sag over the years but I mean flat out lower than it should be. This is what happens when the outside walls are not setting on top of the outriggers. Hope that your walls are smaller if anything than the metal. You can always trim the metal down to the curbing. That's what the factories do. If your walls turn out to be larger than the metal, you have a little problem.

Mobiltec knows a lot more about it than me, but what I have seen leads me to believe the wall on the right is being built by one team and the left by another. They throw them up and make up the difference when they put the skin on. That is the advantage of new skin.
It it is off just a little you can always trim the curving. If it is off an inch, you'll have to improvise.
You'll work it out, I'm sure.

I managed to get everything to line up within 1/4", but that could really cause me problems if the skins are smaller. I'm mostly concerned with the curb side wall because the doorway allows for a bit of flex and both walls are longer than the floor... Both original and my rebuild. Nccamper is right though... Can always trim a bit, especially if I beef up the edge boards

Scotty's curb side was 3/4" longer than the street side originally. I didn't realize that until I hung new walls copied directly from the curb side, so I suspect when it's time to hang skin I'll need to replace street side stuff with new. Dang.

When we did Hamlet, we built the sides separately, didn't even think about them matching. So we will probably never know if they do or not. We didn't have to worry about the skin fitting, since we raised the roof in the front, we wound up getting new skin anyway.

Our Cardinal walls were not the same originally. Since it was a frame up, the two walls matched before I mounted them...

I encountered dissimilar wall measurements on mine as well, when I went through the process. But, I left them alone, because I was reusing a lot of the original aluminum..
If I were using new aluminum, I would have made them as close to the same as possible, fwiw
