I don't have info, but I ran across this you tube video about 4 minutes long of a "tour" of a 1968 Lo-Liner and there is a brief pan across their overhead cabinet. Looks like it would probably be similar framing construction as their other cabinets, just have to get the roof contour right. Most cabinets are framed up with 1x2s then covered with paneling to match walls. The doors are framed up then sheeted on both sides to provide a good appearance plus add strength. Usually the doors are spaced down from ceiling and inch or two so they clear ceiling and trim. also they are normally as wide as the base unit and 12 to 14 inches deep. Hope this helps. I fasten frame work together with kreg screws and regular screws then glue on panels. Cabinets were originally fasten on with screws from the outside in so if mounting from interior make sure they are fastened securely.
