Hello all,
I just recently purchased a 75' Dodge Executive RV. It's in great shape, but needs a little exterior maintenance. I'd appreciate some expertise on the following:
1. What's the best product to use for sealing exterior seams around windows, vents, doors, j-channel, etc?
2. The shell of the RV has numerous small holes, no bigger than a nail head, which I assume to be form 40 years of strikes from road debris. What's the best way to fill these jokes without going the route of patching, sanding, priming, and painting a significant portion of the RV?
Appreciate your help!

Welcome Vandercc!
VTT is a vintage oriented board and dedicated to correct repairs:
Most of us do not use sealants. Instead, we remove the J rail, windows, etc. and install new putty tape. Also, removing the windows gives a good look at the framing to see if some wood work is needed. A sealant is a patch at best and will not last.
Please post a picture or two of your small holes. Seeing them will give us a better idea on how to help. Sometimes, small holes are caused by aluminum corrosion (or steel). In that case, it's better to consider new skins rather than patch.
We are here to solve problems.

Are you talking about random holes in the surface skin, if so that is most likely caused by corrosion starting from the inside. There is not a good solution that I am aware of. Many of the smooth sided campers from the late 70s and early 80s had that problem. Some people just sealed them with clear sealers but it made the camper look like it had chicken pox. There was many thoughts on that problem but never heard of a solution.
