Big plans on the VTT trailer this weekend for me. Need to mount some new tires on it for sure. I built a rack for the exterior back years ago and it finally gave up and fell off! So Im going to redesign a new one for a replacement. Being my trailer is not original I think Im going incorporate a Model A steamer trunk to the rack for that over the top ole school look. So whats your big VTT plans for the weekend? We need to know!!!!

Not much for me. Yesterday, while screwing a couple a couple of pieces of wood together, my screw gun popped out of the screw head and I punctured my hand. Fortunately it was in the meaty part below my thumb. Nothing like the feel of a #2 Phillips bit spinning within your flesh. I was pretty sore yesterday but hardly notice it today, healing fast. Sorry, no pics, not much to see with a puncture wound.
Instead of working on the trailer I'm catching up on documenting the project and doing some billing and estimating. Not as fun but gotsta be done.

LOL There is always next weekend! Get well and sorry about the pain! Who else is going to bleed on their Vtt this weekend?

I'm currently ignoring my trailer and camping with my modern 28ft new one. It's summer, it's not ready yet, so I want to play while I can. ?

We're down to one camper and my wife wants me to control myself until we're done camping in the Fall. It needs the roof taken off and a new vent put in...but wait...what if the plate they put over the vent hole is too large and the screws have messed up the roof? Then I need new skin for the roof. And if the roof gets new skin then the rest may as well too. And if the skin is off I'll find things to repair. And if I'm repairing things why not update the electrical and plumbing. Etc, etc.
Next time we will be camping will be Fall 2016!

If you own a Compact, you own Gold. There are 5 people who want a Compact for every decent one for sale. I don't think we're coming to the Rally. I'm going to Haiti to build a play area at another orphanage and now they're asking for an extra project thrown in. They always do that and I'm not sure why I thought it would be different this time. I guess I was living in denial. If you ever spend time in Port Au Prince in August, near tent city, sleeping in a cement room with one small fan and 6 men, you'll understand living in denial.
