Hello there, recently bought my new camper and i'm just doing some exterior cosmetic work, and i was wondering.. My hubcaps are looking quite dull and dirty, any tips on making them shine again or should I just paint them? Thanks

If they are chrome and the chrome is still good, just polish them. Try 0000 steel wool and then chrome polish like Mother's. If the chrome has worn off, there's not much you can do but paint them. (Well, there is re-chroming but it's extremely expensive.)

I agree with SusieQ, new caps are too cheap to make rechroming an option.
Blue Magic polish is excellent. Gord's worked really well too.
I bought new hubcaps for a Compact recently from Vintage trailer supply and was very happy with them.
