We are about to buy a 1967 13' Frolic with the bed and bunk to the back. The current owner said the water tank was missing. Where would it have been to begin with? I thinking I might like to replace it. TIA

to VTT. I do not have a 1967 13' Frolic but from my experience, the water tank is usually positioned under the street side bench for the dinette. If you have a rear dinette area or front dinette area, the tank is usually under the seat on the side opposite the entry door. If your tank is missing I am sure someone who is a Member has a Frolic similar to yours and can provide photos of their tank placement. There are threads in this forum that explain how to replace and "plumb" water tanks so have no fear. The information you need is within your reach here at VTT.
